“I devise and bequeath to the Cape May Park & Zoo (c/o Zoo Donation Trust) free of all taxes and other deductions [the residue of my estate/or other type of bequest] to be used for the general purpose of the Cape May County Park & Zoo, and the receipt of a proper officer of said trust shall be sufficient discharge to my Trustee.”
